TTEG's processes have been utilised by over 20 Councils and Transport Authorities in the Australian marketplace, a testament to our established, proven and unique methodologies.

We tailor our processes to include Councils' specific needs, e.g. the incorporation of a lighting policy requirements, existing contracts and obligations etc.

TTEG specialises in negotiating with monopoly Electricity Distribution suppliers (e.g. Powercor, AGL, Citipower) to achieve a fair commercial outcome for our clients.


Projects - A Snapshot 

TTEG consultants have recently undertaken several projects on street lighting, including :

• Road lighting electricity tender documentation for Transport SA
• Traffic Signal Preliminary Cost Assessment for Transport SA
• Road Lighting Issues Paper for the SA Local Government Association
• Road lighting General Service Agreement for the SA Local Government Association
• Determine 'fair and reasonable' road lighting prices for several large Victorian Councils with Geelong,           Manninghamand Monash Councils being the most advanced
• Tender for road light electricity for sixteen Victorian Councils
• Determine 'fair and reasonable' road lighting prices, determine a Time of Use system and tender for energy needs at Transit NZ (VicRoads equivalent)
• Tender the combined road light and other energy needs - Marlborough Council, NZ
• Review operations and advise on a new control system for North Shore Council, New Zealand
